|Description:||The House Supervisor provides clinical leadership and support to the neighborhoods ensuring the mission vision and values of the organization are supported through the clinical services of the neighborhoods. |
The House Supervisor participates in planning, organizing, directing and facilitating the clinical and programming operations of the neighborhoods to ensure regulatory compliance, nurture a person-centered and resident directed culture, and promote individual and team learning in the neighborhoods.
|Duties:||•Direct, organize, and coordinate all aspects of residents/clients needs on their neighborhoods to assure that the resident’s needs are consistently met. Always respective to the resident or client rights to choose their own plan of care.|
•Assure that at all times all neighborhoods are within compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
•At all times, endeavors to provide the highest quality of life and care possible for the residents/clients living on their neighborhoods
•Responsible for coaching and assuring that the entire team meets Lakeview Standards following the Human Resource polices and employee handbook.
•Assist with training sessions, and meetings as necessary to meet the resident’s needs.
•Ensures a safe, congenial working environment for all employees and assures that all employees comply with the safety standards, policies, and procedures established at Lakeview Village.
•Assure that all staff are following the federal/state regulations and Lakeview Village polices.
•Makes rounds and observes the care being provided to ensure that all staff are providing care in conformance to applicable regulations and Lakeview’s standards.
|Qualifications:||Registered Nurse (RN) required. |
Must meet and maintain regulatory requirements for licensure as RN in Kansas.
IV-Certified LPN may be considered.
Must have 1-2 years of long-term care, case management, hospital, and/or rehabilitation experience.
Must have demonstrated leadership qualities, supervisory skills, interpersonal relationship skills, and knowledge of federal and state regulations governing clinical care, nursing practice and leadership.
Commitment to resident directed care is essential.
Certification in food handing (ServeSafe or equivalent) is very strongly recommended.
CPR certified required
