|Description:||Perform a variety of duties to maintain kitchen work area in a clean and orderly condition in the preparation and service of food products. To maintain assigned areas in a clean, sanitary, safe, orderly, attractive manner in accordance with established procedures, and as directed by your supervisor, to assume that the highest degree of cleanliness and sanitation is maintained at all times.|
|Duties:||Oversee buffet line setup and assure that all items needed are available. Assist with assembly of meals. Assures that the meal assemble is correct according to the diet card. Interact with residents with meals. Assist with set-up, opening containers, cutting food, etc. Record food temperature, and participate in test trays and tray assessments. Prepare and maintain records, reports, and paperwork regarding facility operations.|
|Qualifications:||Ability to work independently; display a kind, courteous attitude, and work in a team oriented setting with residents, relatives, staff and others. |
