Description:Responsible for the preparation and production of all food served to residents, staff, and guests on campus.

**Full Time, mostly Evenings & Weekends**
Duties:Responsible for documenting and communicating with managers and staff the quantity of foods that are being ordered for Residents at Lakeview. Adherence to all sanitation and food handling protocols. Preparation of assigned meal and food in accordance with sanitary regulations and departmental policies and procedures. I.E Standardized recipes, Appropriate use of unused production and special diets. Maintenance of all appropriate documentation of temperature charts and similar records according to established protocols. Development, in coordination with the Chef, of new menu items and recipes. Full understanding and effective application of: Sanitation, food borne illness, and cross-contamination policies and procedures. Cleaning chemicals and other hazardous materials Use of HACCP protocols. Proper small wares handling Recipe and menu development skills Departmental policies and procedures.
Qualifications:GED or High School Graduation Preferred. Must have a working knowledge of HACCP and OSHA protocols Three (3) years of cooking experience preferred. Must be able to work overtime, holidays, and weekends as assigned.
