Lakeview's new, Post-Acute Short Term Rehabilitation Center provides the ideal stepping stone for those who require temporary care, supervision and therapy services to successfully transition them from hospital to home. Our 52-bed facility with large, well-appointed, state-of-the-art private and semi private rooms, gives our short term clients all the comforts and security of a home-style environment during their recovery.

Long Term Care- Centerpointe

At Centerpointe, our 24-hour skilled nursing and long term care facility, our licensed team of nursing care professionals believe it is important that residents are always treated as a person rather than a diagnosis. Our 120-bed facility, made up of private and semi-private rooms, is licensed by the Kansas Department of Aging and has received a 5-star rating from CMS. Our commitment to quality senior care was recently recognized and honored with the prestigious National Healthcare Achievement Award.

Assisted Living & Home Health

Lakeview Village provides a full continuum of Senior Services in One Location. Our assisted living allows residents to live as independently as possible while still having the safety and security of knowing that 24/7 assistance from licensed staff is always available. Lakeview's Home Health Care agency specializes in the intermittent and non-custodial skilled nursing and therapy/rehab care of seniors.
